In addition to its SEBI-regulated merchant banking activities permitted under Regulation 13A of the SEBI (Merchant Bankers) Regulations, 1992, the Company may provide certain transaction advisory and consultancy services which are not regulated by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) or any other Financial Sector Regulator.

The Non-SEBI Regulated Activities undertaken by KCPL are:

  • > Buy-side or sell-side advisory for private and unlisted public Companies;
  • > Financial advisory for private and unlisted public Companies;
  • > General Corporate advisory
